Chuck has over 30 years of construction background both in vertical construction and site development. Prior To joining TraKSouth, Chuck was Area Manager for Malphrus Construction with responsibilities and over site of all projects and Project Managers working in North/ East Georgia and the Low Country of South Carolina. He was also Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) for TBI Construction, developing commercial shopping centers in California, Arizona and Montana. Chuck is a licensed general contractor in California and Arizona and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Chuck’s areas of expertise include project management, scheduling, estimating, value engineering, contract implementation and plan development/ processing through governmental agencies.
